This week in Piwakawaka we completed some publishing. We have created our own page for the book "Little Bee" by Edward Gibbs. We thought about what we are afraid of and what would make us run away. Then we wrote our stories and coloured in our scary pictures. Here is our video.
Esther's grandparents in Geraldine are enjoying being able to share in her learning journey. We really appreciate the effort of the teacher in putting these activities up for us all to follow. Thank you.

Thanks for the excellent blog, it is so nice for us to be able to see Esther establishing a sense of belonging at Te Waka Unua, and it is really great that we can support that from home through reading the blog together.
